GCF(Global Certification Forum)officially selected TTA as a GCF ACE (assessment capable entity). ACE is an organization authorized to review whether mobile communication and convergence devices have been tested according to international standards, and thus to decide GCF certification of the products. Mobile communication devices for export can be sold only when they obtain the necessary certifications. Therefore, ACE plays an essential role of the GCF certification process. Recently, GCF has been aggressively developing a testing and certification process for mobile communications and convergence devices in order to promote their adoption by the public. In line with this, TTA became the first organization in Korea to be certified as an ACE, and thus can provide a one-stop certification service for mobile communication devices covering everything from consulting on mobile communication and convergence devices to testing and certification agency services. |
