TTA Presented with KOLAS Accredited Organization Award by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy In ‘The 11th KOLAS Accredited Organization and Excellent Evaluator Awards’ ceremony, that was held at the auditorium of Korea Agency for Technology and Standards on 11 June 2010 to commemorate World Accreditation Day established by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, TTA was presented with the MKE Minister Award (Gold Award) in the Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (KOLAS) International Accredited Test Organization category. The ‘World Accreditation Day’ celebration awards are annually awarded to test organizations (organization award) and evaluators (personal award) who have made significant contribution to advancement of domestic industry by enhancing the capability of test organization and the reliability of test results. This year’s organization award was presented to TTA by being recognized for its efforts that it, as a qualified international accredited test organization, has built IT test infrastructure for mobile communication, SW and networks to support small & medium-sized enterprises, issued 1,004 KOLAS international accredited test reports, and attained cost savings of KRW425 billion in testing & certification. |
