TTA held the international W3C CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) Working Group meeting from May 19 to 21. The CSS Working Group (CSS WG) is a standardization group under W3C that defines the overall style and expression methods for web content. Hosting this meeting, TTA provided an opportunity for domestic companies to cooperate with W3C. In addition to the meeting, TTA met with the W3C CSS WG and the HTML5 Convergence Technology Forum and discussed plans to adapt CSS standards to the Korean language. The attendants agreed to cooperate with Korean companies on a suitability test for Korean language application to standards established by CSS WG.
On May 22, CSS International Workshop was held with experts specially invited from the CSS WG to provide in-depth presentations concerning CSS standards. It was a perfect opportunity for high-quality lectures to be provided to persons working in related industries in Korea.
