| 80th Technical Assembly Held | |

The 80th Technical Assembly was held via electronic methods from March 27 to April 10, 2014 with agenda items such as adoption of some TTA standards. In this assembly a total of 16 TTA standards including 'Seamless Service Requirements for IPTV,‘ ’Mobile Deferred Payment Traffic Card‘ and 'In-building Emergency Alert System,’ were adopted and 9 standards deemed no longer valid due to revision or substitution were abolished. In addition, the Assembly decided to recommend 5 standards essential for interoperability, users' safety and user environment improvement including standards for the ‘Extended Intrusion Detection Message Exchange Format’ and the ‘Guide for the Contingency and Disaster Recovery Plan for the Public Information System’ to be established as the Korea Communications Standards (KCSs). |
