| The 72nd Technical Assembly Held | |

The 72nd Technical Assembly Held - 64 TTA standards adopted, 1 TTA standard abolished and 12 proposed Korea Communication Standards (KCSs) selected - On June 12, 2012, the 72nd TTA Technical Assembly was held at TTA with agenda items such as adoption of the TTA standards. In the Assembly, 64 TTA standards including “Reference Model for Smart Energy Home,” “Self Control Software for Location Privacy,” “Wireless Data Communication Protocol for Korea Coast Guard Maritime Networks (Interim standard),” “Interworking Service Specification for Mobile RCS” and “Receiver Conformance Test for Assistive Services for the Vision and Hearing Impaired” were adopted. At the same time, one standard that is no longer valid due to revision, “Right Expression Interface for Geospatial Information Control: Functional Requirements” was abolished. In addition, the Assembly resolved to propose 12 standards essential for green ICT implementation, user safety and environmental improvement including the “Guidelines for Establishment of Green Data Center” and “Duplicated Joining Verification Information for i-PIN Service” as national standards. |
