| TTA appointed as an Authorized Test Lab for CCC | |

In July of 2012, TTA was accredited as an internationally authorized test lab by Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC). At present there are a total of 12 CCC authorized test labs operating throughout the world including TTA. Founded in February 2011, CCC is an international organization with the mission to supervise the establishment of technological standards and certification for interworking between mobile devices and vehicles. By obtaining the accreditation, TTA will be able to provide testing and certification services for MirrorLink™, one of the latest smart car technologies. MirrorLink™ provides drivers with seamless connectivity between their smart phones and the infotainment system in their vehicle. A range of related industries including carmakers, device manufacturers and software developers are developing this technology with a keen interest. TTA was accredited by CCC as being the only authorized test lab in Korea capable of providing all of the key testing services for certification of mobile devices including related technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB. And TTA plans to expand its smart car testing and certification capabilities. |
