As IT technology advances, numerous terminologies routinely appear and disappear. To facilitate the general public understanding of these terms, TTA has published annually a Dictionary of IT Terms CD-ROM since 2001. CD-ROM Ver. 3.4 Published in January, 2011 lists a total of 26,800 IT terms and also includes an ‘IT Glossary’ and ‘Comparison between IT Terms of South and North Korea.’
With ‘Comparison between IT Terms of South and North Korea,’ different, similar or same terms of two countries can be found. At TTA’s Dictionary of IT Terms website (http://word.tta.or.kr), users can find IT terms, suggest new IT ones, or download the entire Dictionary. Downloading is also available via mobile phones with internet connectivity.
