The 68th Technical Assembly Held
- Adopted 5 TTA standards, abolished 2 TTA standards and revised operational regulations –

From March 17, 2011 to March 30, the 68th Technical Assembly was held by electronic methods. In this assembly, 4 IPTV-related standards including ‘IPTV Closed Captioning Standard’ and ‘Standard for IPTV Service Discovery and Transport,’ and the ‘Standard for eXchangeable CAS Transmitter/Receiver Interface’ for cable broadcasting were selected as revised standards. In addition, 'IT Standardization Operational Regulations’ were revised by including ministerial Broadcasting & Communication Standardization Guidelines and the changes in TTA membership rules, and by strengthening TTA members’ voting right.
