Lee Kang-hae(researcher) and Kim Jae-youn(researcher) being selected as CCE

Lee Kang-hae and Kim JaeYoun from TTA IT Testing & Certification Laboratory have been selected as International Continua Certification Expert (CCE). at ‘Continua Spring Summit 2011’ Held in Amsterdam, Netherland on March 30,  selected 5 CCEs who passed final qualification interview successfully among candidates recommended by Continua members around the world. CCE represents an expert of standardization technologies and certification program adopted by Continua, who guides u-health companies through the entire process required for Continua certification, reviews products to check whether they are implemented in compliance with the relevant standards, and supports improvement of certification program to guarantee interoperability and conformance as well as companies’ product development in a more effective manner. As its two researchers have acquired CCE qualification, TTA has come closer to be qualified as a Continua Authorized International Testing lab. TTA will endeavor for early testing lab accreditation in order to provide more prompt and convenient certification & testing services to domestic companies, which is expected to contribute significantly for vitalization of the domestic u-health industry as well as entrance into overseas market

※ Continua Health Alliance (CHA), Continua: The international industry alliance that was formed by Philips and other IT, healthcare and fitness companies to ensure interoperability through standardization of u-health areas. Currently, 30 promoter members including Samsung, Intel and Philips, and 225 contributor members including TTA, SKT and ETRI, are actively participating in the alliance.
