| Operation of the restructured ICT Standardization Committee starts | |

The ICT Standardization Committee was restructured atthe 79th Technical Assembly held on December 18, 2013 and started its agenda for 2014 with six Technical Committees, two Special Technical Committees and 47 Project Groups. The Committee has elected new chairmen and vice chairmen who immediately led discussions to establish their respective scope of activities. Plans to promote standardization for 2014 were established which the Committee will support.
