The 73rd Technical  Assembly was held via electronic methods from September 21 to October 9, 2012 with agenda items such as adoption of the TTA standards. In the assembly, 46 ICT standards including ʻTest Standard on Integrated Charging Interface Embedding Charging Control Circuit for Mobile Device,ʼ ʻSpecification of the TTI Differential GPS (DGI) Service for Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) to Mobile, Portable and Fixed Receiversʼ and ʻDNS IPv6 Transport Operational Guidelinesʼ were adopted and six standards including ʻError Performance Objectives for Digital Fixed Wireless Systemsʼ and ʻPerformance Measurement for Satellite EPIRBʼ were abolished as they became invalid due to standard revision. In addition, the Assembly decided to recommend 12 standards including ʻImmunity Requirements and Test Methods for Telecommunication Network Equipmentʼ and
ʻRecommendation on Measurement Method of ERP/ EIRP for Unlicensed Radio Equipmentʼ necessary for interoperability implementation, user safety and user environment improvement to be adopted as Korea Communications Standards (KCSs).
