TTA selects key technologies used as a basis for standardization roadmap in the ICT field through analysis of technology standardization environment in both Korea and international markets, research on demand for standardization in the civic sector, and consultation with the ministry and advisory committees. By doing so, TTA establishes a standardization roadmap every year that suggests standardization strategies and directions. In particular, TTA Standardization Roadmap Ver.2010 includes 37 key technologies from recent hot topics such as Green ICT, Indirect Green ICT and Direct Green ICT as well as a new technology, TV White Space Communications. Special Technical Standard Planning task force which consists of over 350 experts from key technological field is expected to complete TTA Standardization Roadmap Ver.2010 by September 30, 2009.
