CJK NGN/N-ID Meeting The 13th CJK NGN WG and the 7th CJK N-ID WG meeting were held jointly at Seoul from July 23rd to 25th. The NGN WG meeting discussed the results of the testbed performance testing among Korea's ETRI, China's CATR and Japan's KDDI until last June. Main issues for discussions were; 1) performance report between devices using RTP/RTCP measurement software, and 2) progress report on local MPM(Management of Performance Measurement) equipment between networks, as well as agreement to conduct compatibility testing of all MPM equipments in the future. In addition, discussion on USN white paper was concluded to include USN architecture and USN related service cases from each countries for it can be finalized at the next meeting(March 2009(TBD)). The NGN WG will host the NACF(Network Acess Control Function) Release 2 Workshop on the first day of next meeting to discuss important topics such as the mobility control function architecture. |
