| 56th Technical Assembly held - 8 TTA standards adopted | |

56th Technical Assembly held On June 26, 2008, the 56th Technical Assembly was held at TTA to deal with agenda items such as the adoption of new standards. At this meeting, 8 TTA standards including 'the Requirements for Wide-Area Wireless Communication for ITS/Telematics' were adopted. Also, in order to eliminate any possible confusion that may arise from the revised standards with older standards, 27 TTA standards including the Guideline of Internet Service Provider for DB User's Privacy were abolished. In addition, this meeting also agreed to revise one resolution, abolish three resolutions, and adopt 1 new resolution which was related to managing of the resolutions. |
