The Center for Trustworty AI has conducted a study on the Risk Management Framework for General-Purpose AI (GPAI) over the past year with the support of the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT).
This research report presents a systematic risk management framework designed to identify, analyze, evaluate, and treat to risks associated with general-purpose AI. The framework has been developed based on international standards such as ISO 31000 and ISO/IEC 23894, reflecting characteristics of general-purpose AI. It also aims to ensure scalability and compatibility with international norms in the future.
This report serves as a guideline for all stakeholders involved with general-purpose AI models and aims to set a new benchmark for risk management within the global AI ecosystem.
